AndOrToys is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “AndOrToys” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a store credit or credit card refund, less 20% processing fee. .

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to ship after transmittal and processing.

Standard Shipping

 
Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-8 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

 

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra. We cannot ship free or backordered items by express mail. This is noted in your Order Status online. If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we will refund you the difference.
AndOrToys requires a signature for all orders that exceed $250 and for items that exceed $150.

To use our guarantee program, Click Here to Contact Customer Service. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address.  Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

Undeliverable Orders

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
